Our History
- IT Logic was formed from the merger of HPT Consulting Pty Ltd and Mise IT Pty Ltd.
- HPT Consulting Pty Ltd started business in 1997 and Mise IT in 2001.
- In 1998 and 1999 Windows NT4 Terminal server was being used by IT Logic at customer sites.
- In 1999 the sub-contract to support and maintain the Windows servers for the Police Credit Union was won. This involved supporting 6 Citrix WinFrame Terminal servers, along with Microsoft Exchange Server and SQL Server.
- In 1999 complete documentation for how to install and configure Office 97 on Citrix Winframe was created. It was the first of its kind and was published on the widely recognized authority on Thin client computing website – thethin.net. (www.thethin.net/winframeoffice.cfm)
- In 2001 the sub-contract to support and maintain the network for the Police Association of NSW was won.
- In 2001 the contract was won to assist Lumley Technology in the rollout of its BrokerPlus product (now owned by NAQ) on SQL 2000 Server for insurance brokers.
- In 2003 IT Logic wins major contract to build a complete new network for Scotts Refrigerated Freightways (now Pure Logistics). More information under "Case Studies".
- In April 2004 IT Logic installs a new network for a Liverpool based Insurance Broker, involving a rack, 4 x HP DL380 servers, network switches and thin clients.
- In 2005 IT Logic moves to its new office in Bigge St. Liverpool.
- In 2005 IT Logic designs its own Disaster Recovery centre. Disaster Recovery services allow customers to recover their data to fully maintained servers at our office and continue operating remotely.
- In 2006 IT Logic is authorized as a National service provider for the Steadfast Group.
- In March 2006 IT Logic becomes one of the first beta testers to launch a Techlink4U website, allowing its customers access to over 25,000 products from 100+ vendors from its online store.
- In August 2007 IT Logic moves to its new office in Chapel Rd Bankstown.
- In 2008 IT Logic implements monitoring software at all customer sites to provide up to the minute information on all servers.
- In 2009 IT Logic installs new networks for Police Association of NSW and three Sydney based Insurance Brokers. Configured with Windows 2008 based systems utilising virtual server technology.
- In 2009 IT Logic assists Police Association of NSW implement a new Members software system developed by Timemark Pty Ltd.
- In 2010 IT Logic wins the contract to support the Steadfast Group Pty Ltd located in Sydney.
